I want to share more blog type updates to the website, so those who visit feel a real insight into who I am and what I do!
This picture here is from a day out by the water with friends, painting the landscape. It’s a very successful landscape in my opinion because it looks stylized but honest to the scenery. My good friend Patrick, who is an amazing artist, invited me out and a group of us did some plein air painting. I had never painted on sight before so I am proud of my efforts. My other good friend, Jo Snow, is my muse in the painting seen sprawling comfortably out on the sand. They are a fabulous poet whose work is linked on the website.
I am going to include my monthly favorites in the blog section because News is more for events and group activities. Blog is personal to my already lived experiences.
